Harmonious Self means a well-balanced self. My purpose in creating Harmonious Self is to aid in healing and bringing into balance your physical body and emotional and spiritual well being through various techniques that I have successfully used with many individuals, as well as with myself. Reiki Healing for individuals and animals, chakra balancing, guided imagery meditations for both group and privately, AromaTouch therapy with essential oils, leading Women's Circles, and writing your pictorial histories and spiritual wills are the venues that have worked well, and I bring them to you.
